The OWITS is offering for an additional fee of $300 per team the option of allowing sponsors to choose their hunting partners! All proceeds for the additional fee go towards supporting the event. TERMS: The additional $300 fee must be paid in cash by the April 5th payment deadline along with the sponsorship fee. No in-kind offers will be accepted. Hunting Partner Choice Teams are to be registered on the Sponsor Registration Form. ONLINE FORM  PRINTABLE FORM  Include the payment with your sponsorship fee.

To ensure our hunter spots are used effectively for this fundraiser, we must require commitment of participation!

March 5^th –  10% deposit due

April 5^th – the full remaining balance is due

This will allow our fundraiser to utilize available hunter spots for other interested hunters. If our available hunting spots become full, we will be happy to add you to a waiting list and notify you if a sponsor package becomes available.

Please complete hunter registrations by April 5th. We are asking sponsors to adhere to this date to allow us the opportunity to have all the resources and materials ready for you at event time.  We will be drawing the hunters, guides, and landowners prior to the shoot. The drawing will be posted on the Facebook page to ensure transparency. There is a limited number of hunters that we can manage and your early commitment will secure you and your hunters a place in this year’s Turkey Shoot.

Please do not make your own lodging reservations as the GHCC has reserved all rooms in the area for this event. Lodging is included with your participation. We handle it for you.

Due to the limited availability of lodging in Hulett event participants will be sharing rooms. Individual rooms are just not possible. Please be sure you are comfortable sharing a room before registering for this event.
